At no extra fee, Group Fitness is a fun way to reach your fitness goals! Let our nationally certified Instructors inspire and motivate you in our variety of fitness classes. Classes include Cardio Dance, Redhawk Fit, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cycling and more! Enjoy the convenience of dropping in for a class for free or to ensure your participation, purchase a Group Fitness package and pre-register to hold your spot.

Looking to reach your fitness goals but need guidance and support? Let our nationally certified Personal Trainers assist you! With affordable pricing and easy, flexible, and online scheduling, we make it convenient to reach your goals.

These semi-private Personal Training sessions occurs 2/week for 6 weeks with a group of 3-6 participants. Each session is focused on a specific format, skill or level of intensity to provide a more focused exercise experience. Great for new exercisers and those looking to take their workout to the next level. 

We offer a number of specialty fitness programs throughout the academic year, including: a FREE Group Fitness Instructor Training course, Specialty Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training Workshops and more!

Fit-To-Go is private group fitness classes for requesting groups. Classes can be taught in the REC center or in your desired location across campus. Great for team building, academic classes or a group of friends!
