Summer Small Group Training


These semi-personal training sessions occurs 2/week for 4 weeks with a group of 3-6 participants. Each session is focused on a specific format, skill or level of intensity to provide a more focused exercise experience. Great for new exercisers and those looking to take their workout to the next level. 


  • Weekly support of a Personal Trainer
  • Learn new exercises, techniques and how to incorporate these into your exercise program
  • Reach your goals with intentional exercise programming 
  • Connect! Whether that be with new friends or current friends. Research shows that the support of a group will drastically improve ones adherence to exercise
  • Have fun!


Students $80 ($10/Session)
Non-Students $120 ($15/Session)
