Photo of Diana

Diana

Junior, Marine and Conservation Biology

It all started when my parents decided to train me to ride a bicycle on the sandy shores of the Oregon coast. Or maybe from that first time getting tumbled by ocean waves, either way, from there sprung a passion for the ocean and environment that manifested itself in boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, skiing, hiking, and scuba diving, or anything involving breathing fresh, outdoor air. I love the ocean, I love the trees, I love the stars and I love showing other people how exciting and beautiful things are. So join me, Diana, and together we will breathe fresh, beautiful air.

My name is Amelia Zeve and I love getting outside and exploring, even in the rain! I’m a first year communication/film double major at SU and grew up in Ashland, Oregon, where I spent most of my weekends hiking, backpacking, camping, or even just sleeping outside in my backyard, under the stars. Ask me about anything sky-related, I know tons of weird and geeky facts about both astronomy and clouds. Catch me rockin Chacos and a pretty gnarly Chaco tan the moment the weather permits it. Always looking for adventure buddies and recommendations for my new favorite hike in Washington!

Come find me if you need a hiking buddy, climbing partner, extremely amateur photographer for your outing, or just someone to seek out about anything outdoors related.
