Beginning July 1, 2017, all transcript requests will be fulfilled through the National Student Clearinghouse online ordering process. The Seattle University fee for each transcript will be $5.00. A National Student Clearinghouse fee will also be charged per order ($2.25 for paper transcript orders and $2.75 for electronic transcript orders).

Electronic Transcripts

  1. Access the National Student Clearinghouse website.
  2. Place your order and pay online using your credit card.
  3. Sign the online consent form to confirm your order.
  • Electronic transcripts are $5.00 per transcript.
  • Electronic transcripts are usually sent within 1 business day.
  • When ordering online, you can also upload additional forms that need to be included with your transcript.
  • For online orders, you will receive e-mail confirmations of receipt, processing and mailing.

Printed Transcripts

  1. Access the National Student Clearinghouse website.
  2. Place your order and pay online using your credit card.
  3. Sign the online consent form to confirm your order.
  • Paper transcripts are $2.25 per recipient.
  • Paper transcripts are mailed within 2-3 business days.
  • When ordering online, you can also upload additional forms that need to be included with your transcript.
  • For online orders, you will receive e-mail confirmations of receipt, processing and mailing. 
  1. Select Student Menu.
  2. Select "Request Official Paper Transcript" under 'Academic Profile.'
  3. To track the status of your transcripts select the "Official Transcript Request Status."You can attach additional forms that need to be included with your transcript.

Major GPA is not on an unofficial or official transcript , the only way to calculate a GPA for a specific program is by hand calculation using the catalog to select the coursework to combine for the GPA calculation.
