Who Should Attend
Schools and School Districts thatare planning new or expanding their existing PLTW programs and current PLTW teachers. Bring your teachers, counselors, building and district administrators to learn and work together as a team. Develop and/or expand student opportunities for STEM learning and developing skills to thrive in an evolving world.

Conference topics include
PLTW’s STEM program and curriculum overview for new schools/districts, Networking with PLTW colleagues for new and old schools/districts, Making the most of your PLTW Program, Inside look at “Courses” the PLTW curriculum delivery system, and Student panel & demonstrations.

Pre-Conference Vex and RobotC Workshop for PLTW Teachers:
Four (4) hour hands-on training with Vex and RobotC, as used in the PLTW courses: AR, POE, DE, AE and CIM. Trainer is a representative from Robotics Education Competition (REC) Foundation (REC runs Vex Competitions) and assisted by an experienced POE teacher and robotics advisor.
