The Student Health Center will be observing Summer hours starting 06/19/2017.

 

 

Welcome to your Student Health Center! The Student Health Center at Seattle University is directed toward enhancing levels of wellness and empowering students to be self-directed in their own care. We offer on-campus healthcare at minimal cost for many of your health and wellness needs. Please contact us with any questions, comments or suggestions.

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call us at (206) 296-6300 or stop by our office in Bellarmine Hall #107 to schedule.  At this time we are unable to schedule or cancel appointments online or via email.

For students with upcoming appointments, please log-in to the Patient Portal to complete all required forms prior to your appointment.

If you have enrolled in the Student Health Insurance click here to access your ID card as permanent cards will NOT be mailed out this year. We are also no longer able to access your ID card in our office.

 

Incoming Students

Welcome all incoming 2017-2018 students! 

Immunization Requirements. We require all undergraduate students to submit proof of two MMR's.

How do I submit? You may submit records to our office by email, fax, mail or if you are in the area, you may drop them off.  Enter your immunizations on the Patient Portal.  Log in is the same as your SU email. Don't forget to upload the documentation as well.

If you have any problems with the Patient Portal, you can submit the documentation to the Student Health Center by email, fax, mail or if you are in the area, you may drop them off. For our contact information, please see our 'About Us' tab on the left side of this page.
