Soar High One-Week Academic Camps are designed to offer dynamic learning for high school students looking to experience university life and to engage with Seattle University’s approach to education that empowers students to ignite change in our world.

Through classroom and in-the-field learning, with prominent professors and professionals, Soar High Academic Camps tackle regional and global topics.

With affordable tuition and scholarship support available, Soar High Academic Camps can be attended either as a commuter student, or for a full-immersion university experience, students can attend with the residential on-campus living option, where students will benefit from the guidance of residential supervision.

Our pre-college courses can be taken as either fully residential, or non-residential for commuter students. A student must enroll in a residential course program if they do not live in the Seattle area.

 Residential Courses:

  • Students stay in a residence hall especially chosen for our groups, and share meals together in the university food service, the Cherry Street Market
  • After classes, and some study time, students are taken on a neighborhood tour and enjoy other highlights of being in an urban campus setting – all evening activities will end by 8pm
