Planning Guides: Many degrees require students to complete prerequisite coursework prior to transferring. Review the planning resources for information on; "Typical Junior Transfer Programs", suggested prerequisite coursework and degree requirements.
College Application Checklists: Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your personalized checklist for your chosen major. Seattle University is unable to evaluate transcripts prior to admission therefore official credit evaluations are provided upon admission to Seattle University.
Transfer Credit: Seattle University has partnered with Transferology (requires free account) to allow students to view equivalent coursework from their institution. An official evaluation of transfer coursework is provided by Seattle University upon admission. Some courses not listed on Transferology may still be transferrable to SU. For the courses not found in Transferology website, find course descriptions with SU's Course Catalog for equivalent courses.
Transfer Fridays: Scheduled most Friday's throughout the year. Bring your questions to a transfer focused information session and optional campus tour. RSVP is required.
Financial Aid: Financial assistance is available to finance your college costs and generous merit scholarships are awarded to eligible students. There is no separate application to apply for merit based scholarships and all applicants will be reviewed for eligibilty. Applicants can utilize the Net Price Calculator to estimate financial aid options.
Veterans Resources: Seattle University has a dedicated Veteran Navigator, peer mentors and an active veteran community available to assist students. Ninety Yellow Ribbon scholarships are awarded each year.
