PNACAC Spring Fair

The Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) invites you to plan your future.  Students, parents, and counselors are welcome to attend the 2018 Spring College Fair in Seattle.  More than 130 colleges from across the country will be represented!

Students are encouraged to visit, enter contact information, and print a barcode to easily share information with college representatives. Please note that printers will not be available at the Redhawk Center on the day of the fair, so be sure to print in advance.

Visit the Seattle University website for a campus map and driving directions. No parking passes or fees required. Parking is available on the street, at the Redhawk Center (at 14th & E Jefferson), at the East Columbia Building (13th Ave & E Cherry), in the Broadway Garage (Broadway & E Columbia), and the Murphy garage (on E Cherry between Broadway & 12th Ave). Be aware that street parking is limited to two hours; cars parked on the street longer than two hours will be subject to citation.

If any disability accommodations are needed in order to attend or participate in this event, please contact the fair coordinator via phone or email at least two weeks in advance.

Information for College Representatives

College Reps:  Scanners will be used at both the Seattle and Portland PNACAC Fairs and is included in your fair registration. Scanners will be distributed upon arrival at the fair. Please contact PNACAC at for more information. 

Set Up: Representatives may begin unloading and setting up at 8:30am. Please unload materials at the Redhawk Center; there will be a load/unload zone on the corner of 14th Ave and East Cherry. Feel free to park at the Redhawk Center (P7), in the East Columbia lot (P6) or, if no spaces remain, in either the Broadway or Murphy garages (P3 and P4). Representatives should arrive early, as parking near the Redhawk Center is limited. College representatives should not park on the street as street parking is limited to two hours; cars parked on the street longer than that duration will be subject to citation.

Hospitality: A continental breakfast will be served at 9:00am.  

Estimated attendance: In recent history, anywhere from 1400-1700 students and guests have attended the fair.
