To add images or documents to your content file:
Select “insert from media”
Click on the folder in the media library marked Categorized. Select your department's folder (e.g., Marketing Communications) or subfolders.
Select the piece of media you'd like to use, or select Add Media to upload a new file into one of your folders or subfolders.
Click to select a file from your computer or drop the file into the media file area
Add a name for your media and a description (this creates alt text, which helps users with visual problems have a similar web experience). The name field will be the pdf link text in the text editor.
Choose Save and Select
