With over 20 years of progressive leadership in higher education career development, Hilary is as passionate as ever about helping college students. She has a strong track record for leading dynamic teams on campuses in an ever-changing professional landscape, as well as collaborative leadership involvement in local, regional, national, and global associations. Having previously served as Executive Director of Career Engagement at Seattle University, she now works with the Career Engagement Team, Premajor and Persistence Team, Scholar Cohort Programs, Undergraduate Research, and advising units across campus as Assistant Provost of Academic and Career Engagement.
Hilary has enjoyed the opportunity to teach Career Development and Stress, Health, and Flourishing, as well as supporting intro classes. With an undergraduate degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy and graduate degree from the University of Maine in Student Development in Higher Education, Hilary has rounded out her education as a Redhawk with an Executive Leadership Program Certificate.
When not working, Hilary can be found training for and competing in triathlons in support of Team in Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, exploring new cuisines and cultures, and spending time with her adventurous family.
