Combining International Studies and Public Affairs allows me to study multiple issues under various lenses, deepening my understanding of global history, intercultural awareness, civic engagement, and public policy. The minor degree in International Studies can be the perfect complement to your major degree, as it can give you the basic knowledge to analyze the cultural, political, historical, and economic factors that shape our world’s opportunities and challenges. In order to earn the minor, you need to complete 30 credits:

Note: if you are a major from an interdisciplinary program (i.e., Asian Studies, Environmental Studies) you can only double-count 15 credits between the INST minor and your major.
