Ignatian Spirituality Center – Rooted in Ignatian Spirituality and characteristic of the Pacific Northwest, the ISC welcomes people of all faith traditions in their quest to find the Divine in their lives.
Taize Prayer at St. James Cathedral – Ecumenical and meditative prayer, including music, Scripture, candlelight, and silence. First Friday of the month at 6:30pm in the main sanctuary.
Night Prayer at St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral – Meditative, choral prayer service every Sunday at 9:30pm in the main sanctuary
Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life – A nine-month retreat experience based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius that invites participants to explore God’s presence in their daily life and grow as a ‘contemplative in action.’

We are constantly creating a network of post-grad volunteers in our SU community who could also support undergraduate students who have committed to or are thinking about applying to a post-grad service program.
