To request accommodations and send your Faculty Notification Letters (FNL), you must fill out an Accommodation Request on myDS.
Some requests will require completion of additional steps.
After you have requested accommodations, a Faculty Notification Letter (FNL) will be sent via email. The timing of when it is sent may vary. Letters requested prior to the beginning of the quarter will be sent out the first day of the quarter. Letters requested after the start of the quarter will typically be sent within 2 to 3 business days. Once your letter has been sent to your professor, you will receive an electronic copy.
After logging into myDS, select “My Dashboard” (located on the left-hand side of the myDS home screen).
