Diversity & Inclusion Resources for Our Campus Community

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion embraces an intersectional framework of equity, defining diversity and inclusion broadly. Among other characteristics, this definition includes differences in gender, gender identity, gender expression, race, ethnicity, generational history, culture, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, political perspectives, geographic origin and physical ability. ODI envisions a welcome, open and inclusive campus climate for all who learn, live and work at Seattle University.

These resources are intended to support that vision. They are not exhaustive or comprehensive; rather they're intended as a starting point for engaging with important topics.
