The Lemieux Library & McGoldrick Learning Commons is in the middle of the Seattle University campus, near the intersection of E. Columbia Street and E. Cherry Street. Opened September 2010, the Lemieux Library & McGoldrick Learning Commons combines new construction and renovation to offer a state-of-the-art facility of approximately 125,000 square feet. This new facility blends student academic support services, scholarly research, collaborative learning, and social inter-action in a technology-rich, light-filled environment. The Library and its Learning Commons Partners -- Writing Center, Learning Assistance Programs, and the Math Lab -- promote student success through the provision of inte-grated services, collaborative programs, and effective referrals that draw on a variety of academic professionals in a single facility. The Campus Assistance Center is designed to narrow the communication gap between the student and the University system. The Center provides, general campus information, on & off campus event ticket sales, Student Center locker rentals, event advertising, voter registration, and access to game rooms.

Graduate students will appreciate the Career Services Center, located on campus. Career counseling and help in job search strategies are available, as well as assistance in preparing resumes and developing interview skills. Other services include a career resource library, career fairs, and workshops.

Support services designed for non-residential students at all levels are coordinated through the Student Success and Outreach office. The staff is available to help commuter students identify available resources and to provide off-campus housing, transportation and parking information.

The IT Computer Labs at Seattle University provide several facilities and state of the art computer technology to assist students and faculty in achieving their academic goals. Labs include both Macintosh- and PC- compatible computers. Email accounts are assigned to all students, and personal web space is possible upon request.

The Fitness Center, located on the southeastern edge of campus, provides recreational facilities for sports and exercise. Students may use the facilities free of charge. The center features racquetball, squash, handball and tennis courts, two swimming pools, basketball courts, a weight room and sauna. .

The Disabilities Services office coordinates appropriate accommodations, assisting students to deepen their self-knowledge, academic competence and advocacy skills. It also promotes a campus environment that is welcoming and accessible to persons with disabilities. Students can consult with the Disabilities Specialist prior to and while enrolled in a graduate program.

The International Student and Scholar Center serves nearly 500 students from approximately 50 countries around the world. The center serves as a focal point for cultural, educational and social activities and programs, and a gathering place for students and their organizations.

The McGoldrick Collegium offers a gathering place for graduate and non-traditional undergraduate students from all program. Students must enroll to become a member of the Collegium. Enrollment is free and ongoing throughout the school year. Come to the Collegium anytime during open hours and a Collegium Community Assistant will enroll you.
