iLead is the Division of Student Development's training and development program for selected student leader groups. Over 250 participants are invited during winter quarter to attend as representatives of one of the 180+ clubs or 20+ student organizations.
The program consists of three components:
Every club is expected to send one representative. Most formal leadership roles on campus will have this as a requirement for student leader training.
