CRP Model Information

Standard & Exception Devices for CRP

 

Devices purchased through the Computer Refresh Program will be limited to the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 and Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 1 touch screen laptop. This new policy is due to: 

  • More remote work encourages portable laptops for use at home or around campus 
  • The standard offerings are lightweight and portable 
  • Standard devices offer an affordable price point in comparison to non-standard devices. This allows for more devices to be purchased with the overall funding allocation per division 
  • Keeping fewer device types on campus aids our virtual environment, making updates cleaner and less complicated 

If customers require a non-standard device, they will need to work with their division’s CRP Coordinator to complete the exception process. Please review the list below for device specifics.

The Self-Service Portal has an easy-to-search knowledge base, and you can open a support ticket based on your specific request.  You can also view the status of your tickets.
