Equipment Checkout

Technology equipment is available for students, faculty, and staff to check out from ITS. Equipment checkout is intended for academic and/or campus sponsored activities and events. 

Available Equipment

The following equipment is available for checkout through Classroom Services:

  • audio recorders
  • microphones & speakers
  • Bluray/DVD players
  • USB webcams and USB speakers for web conferencing
  • wireless presenters
  • projectors
  • portable screens
  • document cameras

Requesting Equipment

To request or access this service, please contact the Service Desk. Please keep in mind the following policies:

  • All requests must be made at least 24 hours (one full work day) prior to the time the equipment is needed.
  • Students may only make reservations on behalf of a faculty/staff member.
  • Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Equipment availability is limited.

Remote & Self-Service

The Self-Service Portal has an easy-to-search knowledge base, and you can open a support ticket based on your specific request.  You can also view the status of your tickets.
