Our Virtual Desk allows you to talk to a staff member in real time who can help answer questions, guide you to the right services, and assist with scheduling appointments.
During regular business hours, you may join or call in to a Zoom meeting staffed by our Office Assistants. When entering the meeting you must be logged in to your Seattle University Zoom account in order to connect. You will be placed in a "waiting room" upon entering the meeting. Office Assistants will assist attendees one at a time in the order they are received in the waiting room.
