Today is the Feast Day of St. Ignatius! St. Ignatius was the founder of the Jesuits and the inspiration for our Jesuit educational mission. The Jesuits have declared this year (May 2021–May 2022) the “Ignatian Year,” the 500th anniversary of an injury in battle that propelled Ignatius on a lifelong journey of discernment, education and service to others.
