Staff is hired through the Office of Human Resources. Staff employment forms (application form, resume, and I-9) are kept in the Office of Human Resources. W-4s are kept in the Payroll Office.

Faculty is hired through Office of the Provost. Faculty and Jesuits employment forms are kept in Office of the Provost. W-4s for faculty are kept in the Payroll Office.

Student is hired through Financial Aid Office. Student employment forms (I-9, W-4, Student Employment Action Form) are kept in the Payroll Office.
