The Office of Strategic Initiatives guides ongoing institutional strategic planning and coordinates the Seattle University community’s conception and implementation of new strategic initiatives. In addition, this office supports:
The primary focus for the Office of Strategic Initiatives is the implementation of Seattle University’s strategic plan, A Jesuit University for a Time of Change: Reigniting Our Strategic Directions, 2022-2027. The Foundation and five Goals found in Reigniting Our Strategic Directions represent transformational changes for Seattle University to accomplish our mission and vision.
The Office of Strategic Initiatives provides direct guidance and coordination for the overall strategic effort, and tactical engagement and support with the many working groups required to achieve our institutional outcomes.
