  • Live more than one mile away from campus and within a logical commute path of others (carpool should not pass by campus to pick up members) and making a direct commute to campus

  • Members of the carpool group will be eligible to purchase Carpool Supplemental permits to drive their cars to campus either alone or with the carpool group traveling in their car.  Should the allotment of Carpool Supplemental permits be purchased, then Pay-by-the-Day permits in iParq would need to be purchased for the remainder of the semester/quarter.

The Carpool Supplemental permit represents the total amount of visits to campus a carpool member can make alone or with the carpool group riding in their vehicle (one day per week during the semester/quarter for the length of the carpool permit). When arriving to campus and using the Carpool Supplemental Permit, it is the responsibility of the carpool member to purchase the permit in iParq to have a valid permit for the date of parking on campus prior to arriving to campus.  If the allotment of Carpool Supplemental permits has been purchased for the academic term, then purchase the Pay-by-the-Day iParq permits through iParq.  Pay-by-the-Day iParq permits NOT valid to park in the Pigott visitor lot.
