Information for Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Students

Learn more about the prerequisite courses needed to apply and courses you will take in the diagnostic ultrasound certificate program.

The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Diagnostic Ultrasound program is open to applicants with at least a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited program. Applicants are expected to have a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.75 and 3.0 in prerequisite course work taken prior to enrollment at Seattle University.

Applicants for this option are considered as part of the overall program cohort and accepted based on the same requirements as the degree applicants and on the availability of space in the program. This certificate option complies with one of the pre-requisite educational tracks for qualification for the national certification examinations in Diagnostic Ultrasound.

The application deadline is February 1 for fall quarter admission.

Visit the Registrar's Office site for more information on how your credits may transfer using their Transfer Tools and Transfer Equivalency Guide.
