McGoldrick Alumni Scholarship Program

In 1979, the Seattle University Alumni Board of Governors established the McGoldrick Alumni Scholarship Program specifically designated for children and grandchildren of SU Alumni.

The university and its donors are committed to continuing the legacy and excellence of Seattle University through this scholarship, supporting future generations of SU students. Named in honor of the late Fr. James B. McGoldrick S.J. (1895-1983), a beloved dean, professor, and mentor at Seattle University, the McGoldrick Alumni Scholarship reflects his dedication to student success and community. Fr. McGoldrick was a teacher, counselor and friend to thousands of Seattle University students.

In the spirit of Fr. McGoldrick’s dedication to students, the McGoldrick Endowment Fund helps support children and grandchildren of Seattle University alumni.
