Please join the Department of Public Affairs and Nonprofit Leadership for our quarterly Conversations event. On Thursday, April 3, we will be hosting the newly-elected Washington state governor, Bob Ferguson, in conversation about pressing issues facing the state and the nation.
In a conversation with journalist Joni Balter and a Seattle University student, Governor Ferguson will speak on the topic of "Rise of the Governors: Navigating Contrasts, Chaos, and the Constitution." Governor Ferguson will discuss his role, as well as the role of governors around the country, in protecting civil rights and navigating national policies.
