Albers Career Center Signature Events
Networking Events
The Albers Career Center hosts 2 major networking events per year: The Albers Career Night (for undergraduates) and the Albers Grad Career Connections (for graduate students). Both help students make important career connections with alumni, mentors and employers. Students can practice their networking skills and build relationships with professionals who can provide guidance for their career planning. Other various industry networking events happen throughout the year as well in partnership with departments or clubs.
Career Fairs
The Albers Career Center partners with the SU Career Engagement Office to host 2 career fairs a year: The Business & Engineering Career Fair in fall quarter and the Career & Internship Fair in winter quarter. Both Fairs allow students to connect directly with employers and recruiters and learn about job and internship opportunities. Check Handshake for more Career Fair details.
Employer Events
Employers and students have the opportunity to engage in multiple ways including company information sessions (virtual or in-person), company tours, on-campus interviews, or presentations at Albers club meetings. Employers please let us know how we can help you plan the optimal recruiting strategies for your hiring needs.
