Job Description

I lead operations for Breakaway Music Festivals across 10+ cities nationally per year. I work closely with all departments to ensure that all elements of our festivals are planned effectively and exceed the expectations of our customers, staff, partners, and artists. Some of my responsibilities include budget creation and management, vendor deals and contracting, overseeing site layout and mapping for all events, risk management and mitigation including oversight of event safety and emergency action planning, permitting and leading conversations with venue and city officials, and directly managing the operations and site operations teams.
