Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I hope students gain practical guidance, confidence, and a broader perspective on career and professional growth. My goal is to help them connect what they learn in the classroom with real-world experiences, explore different career paths, think through important decisions, and develop skills in leadership, problem-solving, networking, and communication. I also hope to be a sounding board for their ideas and help them identify opportunities that align with their interests and long-term goals.
