My focus is on application security, specifically access control and authorization which includes holistic zero-trust approaches. As a Product Marketing Manager, I work with developers and product managers to identify key market segments, cybersecurity trends and customer use cases that impact the development of our access security products. I create product narrative, positioning and technical messaging while also delivering key sales enablement activities and speaking engagements with customers and help customers secure their app environments with F5's platform of security solutions

Additional Information

As a journalism major at university, having a career in cybersecurity was not immediately on my radar. One of the things I love most about the tech space is that it takes all kinds of backgrounds to innovate. Some may have an engineering background, or some may have a writing background, like me. The avenues to tech and cybersecurity are many and this diversity of life experience is incredibly valuable when working to solve problems.
