Job Description

I work across the hardware operations team to identify unmet or unknown needs for digital solutions. I lead the process of defining problems and incubating solutions, including defining and evangelizing the business impact, success criteria, and performance metrics. A key aspect of this is identifying a data-informed, long-term investment roadmap that is inclusive of tradeoffs and investment prioritization. I seek out deep insights to drive a productive courses of action across teams to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation. Within these digital solutions I identify the value of multiple feature areas to determine what to build and what to deprecate, then lead the vision for customer transition. A large part of my role is influencing and engaging with cross-functional internal partners, external partners, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple features across organizational boundaries.

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SCRUM Master, and SCRUM Product Owner and hold an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Operations and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

A mixture of in-person and virtual. My schedule is flexible week to week, with a preference for Monday's and Fridays in the greater Seattle area.
