Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I would like to mentor students focused on Entrepreneurial Studies / Individualized Business Major / Management (BABA) with an Entrepreneurial Focus, or students looking to launch their own product or company. I can provide support to self-motivated, entrepreneurial students.

During our sessions, I give people a forum to talk though their school programs and transition into professional career. Discuss options for professional careers and connect people currently working in those careers.

Mentees are asked to:
1) come prepared with topics/challenges you'd like to discuss at each session;
2) take the lead in driving this experience. You make the relationship and experience a success when you are clear on you goals and desired outcomes; and
3) be respectful of each other's time and communicate any schedule changes in advance (as will I).

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

Hybrid (mix of in-person and virtual). In person meetings in Wallingford at company office.
