Background
Job Description
I am the Founder of Inclusion Equals, the CEO of F*Bomb Breakfast Club, and Co-Owner/Investor for Pitch The Baby. Each of these businesses is different, but has one thing in common: supporting women-expansive folx.
Inclusion Equals: We help organizations rethink the way they approach Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as a business strategy. We create culture change through a design thinking approach that focuses on people, brand, and policies.
F*Bomb Breakfast Club: The FBomb Breakfast Club is a peer support community for women, femmes, and gentle[them] who are company founders, business owners, creators, and freelancers. Unlike typical networking groups, F*Bomb is led and run by its members, resulting in peer connections on our own terms.
Pitch The Baby: A Women’s Sports Bar on Capitol Hill in Seattle is a cozy, neighborhood bar where women’s sports take the spotlight and everyone’s invited to the game.
