I serve as the Executive Director of a 32-person, multi-office law firm, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day business and administrative operations. My responsibilities include financial management, budgeting, billing, accounts payable and collections; human resources, recruiting, onboarding and benefits administration; facilities and office management; technology and vendor coordination; compliance and reporting; and long-term operational planning. I work closely with firm leadership to develop and implement strategies, improve processes, support employees, and ensure the firm operates efficiently across all locations.

Employment History

I have more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and leadership across professional services, law firms, consulting, and corporate environments. I currently serve as Executive Director of DuBois Levias Law Group, where I have worked since 2020.

Previously, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Brothers & Henderson and Finance Director at Foster Pepper. Earlier in my career, I held accounting and financial management positions with Slalom Consulting, K&L Gates, Chicoine & Hallett, and PACCAR, and also owned an accounting services business.

My career has evolved from accounting and finance into broader operational and executive leadership, with a strong focus on building teams, improving processes, and supporting organizational growth.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope

My goal as a mentor is to help students build confidence, explore career paths, and better understand how their education translates into the workplace. I hope to provide practical, real-world guidance on leadership, communication, networking, career development, and navigating professional challenges. Most importantly, I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing goals and concerns, and learning from both the successes and lessons I have experienced throughout my career. I hope they leave our time together feeling more confident, connected, and prepared for their next steps.
