Background

Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Product and Program Management at Amazon, I lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that shape how one of the world's largest companies operates. My journey has taught me that success in technology and business leadership isn't just about managing projects – it's about building relationships, developing people, and driving meaningful change. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading diverse teams of program managers, analysts, and technical specialists, helping them grow while delivering impactful results. I've learned that the most successful transformations happen when we combine strategic thinking with practical execution, and when we focus on both the technical and human elements of change. My experience spans from launching new business initiatives to implementing global privacy programs and driving efficiency improvements that have reduced project delivery times by nearly 90%. These experiences have given me valuable insights into what it takes to succeed in today's dynamic business environment, and I'm passionate about sharing these lessons with the next generation of leaders.

Additional Information

In my free time, I'm an avid pellet smoker and enjoy exploring new cooking techniques. I also have a passion for discovering restaurants and capturing the experience via photography - sharing discoveries. Outside of work, I have been actively involved in providing free tax services during 'the season'. It's incredibly rewarding work that aligns with my values of giving back and creating positive change. On a personal note, I'm a bit of a thrill-seeker and decided to expand my family later in my career - the adrenaline rush a toddler brings is like nothing else!
