Soul Sessions
Soul Sessions is a series of meditations and reflections facilitated by members of the Seattle University community, to offer a chance to take a breath, remember the sacredness all around us, and reconnect with our souls.
In the spirit of cura personalis, or “care for the whole person,” Soul Sessions began during the COVID-19 pandemic as a series of brief and accessible online gatherings for spiritual reflection in community and ended with a few in-person gatherings as well.
Led by Seattle University staff, faculty and administrators, these Soul Sessions are meant to help colleagues across campus to pause, breathe, reflect, and find inspiration for their daily life and work.
