This is a national gathering every 3-4 years hosted by a Jesuit university, with representatives from all 27 Jesuit colleges and universities in the country. The CJE recruits faculty and staff to present about SU initiatives to integrate justice into teaching, research and the life of the university. AJCU Ignatian Colleagues Program

The Ignatian Colleagues Program (ICP) is a national program of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) designed to educate and form administrators and faculty more deeply in the Jesuit Catholic tradition of higher education. The goal of the program is to provide a solid intellectual foundation as well as opportunities for participants to personally experience and appropriate their significance so they may better articulate, adapt, and advance the Jesuit Catholic mission of their campuses.
Since the first cohort gathering in January 2009, ICP continues to offer online workshops, international immersion experiences, Ignatian silent retreats, Capstone projects and more to help achieve our goals. Supporting leaders who will guide the future of Jesuit institutions
With the support of the presidents of the 27 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States, the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities offers The Jesuit Leadership Seminar.
Its goal is to contribute to the formation of administrators in Jesuit colleges and universities who will, in the words of St. Ignatius Loyola, “Go out and set the world on fire!”
Participants in The Jesuit Leadership Seminar are introduced to the foundations of Jesuit education and actively engage in discussions with peers from around the country on how the Jesuit educational tradition may be applied in the everyday work of university decision making.
Drawing on the expertise of skilled practitioners from the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities consortium – including current and past Jesuit university presidents who serve among the faculty – the Seminar offers fresh perspective on key questions facing Ignatian leaders. 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge
ENGAGE
A community of Seattle University faculty and staff, who are looking to deepen their racial equity commitments while drawing from the tools of our Jesuit Catholic mission, participate in and reflect on the Ignatian Solidarity Network’s 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge. During this intentional 21-day period, staff and faculty invited to enter more deeply into the complex work of understanding the realities of racial injustice and anti-Blackness in the U.S. and to consider how they might continue that work beyond the Challenge.
