Commencement 2026 Update

The 2026 Commencement will take place at Climate Pledge Arena on June 14 or 15, 2026. An announcement with the confirmed date is anticipated in early 2026 pending the Arena's contracts with professional sports teams. Final exams will conclude on June 13, 2026, and on-campus Commencement-related celebrations will take place that weekend leading up to Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement ceremonies at Climate Pledge Arena.

Seattle is hosting a FIFA World Cup game over the Commencement weekend. We suggest that you begin planning your travel and accommodations early. Updates on any potential impacts to our celebrations will be posted here.
