Stay up to date with the important deadlines related to the 2025 Commencement Ceremony. 

• May 11: Regalia Ordering - The deadline to order regalia is Sunday, May 11, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Instructions for ordering regalia have been emailed to students who are eligible to attend Commencement. 
• May 15: Commencement Portal - Students eligible to attend Commencement have received an email with instructions to enter their information into the Commencement Portal. There, students can confirm/change their preferred name and pronunciation, and upload a special message. The deadline to confirm or change this information is 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, May 15. 
• June 15: Guest Ticket Claim - Students may enter their Commencement Portal to claim or distribute guest tickets until 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, June 15.
