Associate Provost for Business and Faculty Administration
Biography
Di Di B. Galligar, Ph. D. serves as the Associate Provost for Business and Faculty Administration at Seattle University. Di Di is responsible for budgetary operations within the Division of Academic Affairs including all colleges and schools, the major areas within the Office of the Provost, Enrollment Services, University Planning, Student Development, and Information Technology. Additionally, she works closely with the Provost and the Deans in managing academic appointments. She serves as the Provost’s designee to the Space Governance Committee where she partners with a number of offices on campus in addressing space matters relating to academic affairs.
Di Di joined Seattle University in 2010, from Loyola University Chicago (LUC) where she served in supervisory roles in Academic Affairs. At LUC, she assumed the directorship of Faculty Administration in the Office of the Provost and served as Business Manager in the College of Arts and Sciences. Di Di earned her doctoral degree in Educational Psychology at Loyola University Chicago and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Erikson Institute.
