Jessica Seales, MSN, RNC-OB, C-ONQS
Adjunct, College of Nursing
Biography
I work as a Perinatal Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Providence Swedish and previously worked bedside as an LDRP and charge nurse. I also have a background in public policy, nonprofit management, and program management. I’m committed to shaping trauma-informed, inclusive healthcare systems and developing nurse advocates who are unafraid to use their voice for change.I believe nurses should be strong voices for patients and the communities around them.
As a queer woman and healthcare professional, I speak about and train others on ways to develop inclusive healthcare spaces. Both patients and healthcare providers should be welcomed and celebrated for who they are.
When I step away from the healthcare world, you’ll find me with my dog, Tallulah. She's my world!
