Biography

Julius Moss CV

Julius is a member of the College of Education Doctoral Educational Leadership program (Cohort 43), and he currently serves on the Graduate Student Council as the 2021-22 GSC Chief of Staff.

Selected as a Fellow for the 2019 Johns Hopkins University Center for Applied Public Research Policy Group, Julius studied Economic Mobility indicators. Additionally, he served as an Economic Mobility Instructor for the Johns Hopkins University Center for Government Excellence Academy.

Previously, Julius served as a Policy Manager for the Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning and as a Program Director for the "Seattle Promise" scholarship program with Seattle Colleges. His current research involves the evolution of organizational practices among Black leadership as well as digital privacy advocacy for marginalized college students.

As a Texas native, Julius enjoys being outside in front of a grill, spending time with his wife, family and friends. He also enjoys learning about different cultures, visiting local beaches and parks, and all things Star Wars.
