Personal Bio
Megan Spaulding has worked in higher education and college student development for about 20 years. She is passionate about helping people develop and achieve their potential. She currently serves as the Director of the Albers Career Center. Prior to being Director, she served as the Manager of Experiential Programs and a Career Advisor for the Albers Career Center for 16 years. Before coming to Seattle University she was an Academic Advisor in the College of Business at University of Missouri-Columbia. Her educational background includes an MA in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with an emphasis in Student Development and a BA in Organizational Communication. She has extensive training and experience in career coaching, professional development, advising, teaching, mentorship, project/program management, young professionals' development and organizational learning. She is adept at guiding people individually and in groups through exploration, reflection, and determining their strengths in order to reach their professional and personal goals.
