Randy Scott is a licensed mental health counselor and Senior Associate Director of CAPS at Seattle University.

Biography

Dr. Randy Scott is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He received his Masters of Arts in Education (MAEd) Counseling degree from Seattle University and his PhD Counselor Education and Supervision (CES) at Walden University. His doctoral research focused on the marginalization of first-generation college students. Before joining the CAPS counseling team, Randy worked in both private practice and higher education settings with students. As a counselor, Randy incorporates narrative therapy and multicultural/social justice-focused approaches to working with people. (LH 61176509)
