Project Positive 2025
It’s time for Project Positive 2025! Project Positive is a signature UREC event that takes place the last week of February each year. Its focus is celebrating the beauty of our own individuality and a general sense of self-care.
This year’s theme, Seeking Serenity, invites students and participants to break free from their everyday routines and embrace moments just for themselves. It’s so easy to get stuck in the same daily grind, leaving no time for calm or reflection. Through our program’s exciting events and activities, we hope to inspire everyone to pause, breathe, and discover those quiet, joyful moments that truly matter. Check out our events schedule for the week.

From Our Student
Seattle University Student
“I cannot imagine my Seattle University experience without UREC (University Recreation) in it. The wisdom that I have gained, and most importantly, the people who I have met, have changed my life for the better and helped me reimagine myself.”
