T4 Access or Removal Request

Use this form to request editing access or removal for Seattle University's external website.

Qualified editors must:

  • Be requested by a supervisor or MarCom to edit pages
  • Have a Seattle University email account
  • Be a current staff, faculty, or student at Seattle University

Required Training

Both students and staff will be required to complete the Self-Training course before gaining access to the live website. Once the T4 Access or Removal Request is processed by MarCom, you will be notified via email that your Self-Training course registration is open. Training should be completed within two weeks from when you are notified that you are registered for the Self-Training course.

For Student Editors

Students are required to have a Student Elevated Email Address (SE-email) before requesting access to Seattle University's Terminalfour CMS.

To sponsor your student as a website editor, please email the Seattle University IT Service Desk to request a Student Elevated Email Address. Acquiring an SE-email address for your student worker is the first step in the process.

Any request for a student requires both email versions for a valid submission.
