Mentoring Objectives & Scope
As a mentor, I aim to guide and support students in reaching their goals. We can discuss various topics, such as career advice and skill development. Drawing from my experiences throughout my time at SU and post-SU, I'll provide insights that can be valuable. My goal is to foster a positive learning environment and provide constructive feedback. I expect active engagement and a willingness to learn from students that I expect to also go both ways.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Preferably, weekday afternoons or after work hours would work, but it's tentative based on my work schedule. I'm confident I can create flexibility to accommodate meetings with mentees.
