Join us for a UREC signature program, Project Positive. This campaign, now in its 6th year, focuses on body positivity, celebrating the beauty of our own individuality and a general sense of self-care. This project is demonstrated through programming, campus and community partnerships as well as an art installation of the Eisiminger Fitness Center where we transform the facility completely. We weave self-love and appreciation as well as positivity into all regular UREC programs and spaces.
With this year’s theme, Radiate Within, we want our students and participants of this program to focus on going within to find their greatness. Affirming their uniqueness: the things they love, their values, talents and skills and letting it light them up from the inside out. Knowing they can be both a work in progress and incredibly remarkable all at the same time.
Stop by UREC anytime during the week to experience this special project, or follow along on Instagram.
All events are free and do not require any experience.
