Personal Bio
Professor Vinay Datar has been teaching International Finance, Corporate Finance, and Risk Management since 1994. Prior to earning his PhD in Finance he worked for Xerox and later co-founded a computer company in California. He has been a consultant with the Boeing Company. He holds ten joint patents for valuation methods using Real Options, sponsored by the Boeing Company.
Dr. Datar has published fifteen articles in several academic journals including the Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and Journal of Applied Corporate Finance.
